A DIFFERENT KIND OF FITNESS CHALLENGE.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF OUTCOME.

An 8 week fitness challenge focused on building baddies through nutrition education & progressive overload-style cardio, conditioning, & strength training workouts.

MARCH 1 – APRIL 25, 2026

Registration is open through 03/15/26
/////////////////////////////////////////////////ABOUT

challenge overview.

Eight weeks. Two phases. One goal: stop guessing and start seeing results.

Phase 1 is all about nutrition — two weeks of learning your macros, prepping your food, and understanding how to fuel your body with purpose. No strength workouts. No focus on form. Just cardio, conditioning, & building the foundation.

Phase 2 flips the switch — six weeks of progressive strength training layered on top of the nutrition you’ve already dialed in. Everything lives in the Everfit app. Workouts, meal plans, check-ins, coach access — all in one place.

what's included?

///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// CHALLENGE BREAKDOWN
01

Personalized Macros

I calculate your macros based on how many calories you burn daily and your baseline metabolism. Macros are delivered straight into the Bar Raiser app so you can start tracking immediately.

02

Meal Plans

Real meal plans written for the group & delivered into the app — not some generic template. You get recipes, prep instructions, and macro breakdowns designed for the group so you’re eating alongside everyone else in the challenge.

03

Structured Workouts

Six weeks of progressive strength programming that actually builds muscle. Choose gym or home workouts. Every week gets harder because that’s how progress works.

04

Nutrition & Fitness Education

The first two weeks are all nutrition — what macros do in your body, how to read labels, when to eat, what supplements are worth it, and how to swap foods without derailing yourself. From week three on, the education expands to cover both fitness and nutrition topics so you understand the full picture of what you’re doing and why.

05

Community & Accountability

You’re not doing this alone. You get access to the group in Everfit alongside ambassadors, other challengers, and my one-to-one clients. Real people showing up, real progress being shared. That’s the difference between quitting and finishing.

06

Prizes & Recognition

First place wins a Renpho smart ring that tracks your sleep, recovery, heart rate, and daily activity — critical data that shows you how your body is actually responding to your training and nutrition. Top performers also get sponsorship packages for Bar Raiser Fitness group coaching so you can earn your way into the next level.

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
01

Log starting & ending metrics.

Submit weigh-in, progress photos, and measurements at the beginning and end of the challenge with dated proof (sign, newspaper, etc.). No phone metadata or scale screenshots — we need verifiable data that can’t be manipulated.

02

Weigh in twice weekly.

Log your weight every Monday and Friday in Everfit. It seems excessive, but this is called coach-led accountability. This isn’t about obsessing over numbers — it’s about tracking trends so we can see how your body is responding to the work you’re putting in. See also: this will help with weekend adherence.

03

Take weekly progress photos.

Submit progress photos every Monday. Photos tell a story that the scale can’t. Hands down, they’re one of the most reliable ways to see real changes in your body composition over time.

04

Complete your damn workouts. Log your damn meals.

This is always the hardest part for challengers… like, why are you here? To be challenged, duh.  Follow the programming as assigned and get your workouts done. A minimum of 85% of your workouts must be completed to be eligible for prizes. Consistency is the whole point.

05

Be self-accountable.

Complete the weekly accountability forms delivered in Everfit. These aren’t reviewed by me for personal feedback — they’re for you to check in with yourself on how you’re showing up to the challenge.

06

Have respect.

This is a judgment-free zone. Treat other women in the challenge with respect, show up with good energy, and respect the process and guidance. We’re all here to win, and that starts with how we treat each other.

Certified since December 2022 with a focus on fat loss, functional strength training, and corrective exercise for women aged 30 to 60+. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programming. Your body, your goals, your plan.

Certified since December 2023 with hands-on experience in specialty diets including anti-inflammatory, PCOS, and bariatric nutrition. My approach is built on whole foods, realistic meal prep, and maintaining balance — because sustainability beats restriction every single time.

Certified as of January 2026. I help clients with home gyms make sure they have the right equipment, space, and environment to actually get results. This includes in-home consultations so your setup works for your goals, not against them.

Fix it, even if it doesn’t look broken. I’m heavy on education because I want you to understand the work well enough to do it without me. We co-create your fitness plan together — I bring the expertise, you bring the honesty. Think of it like your homegirl came over to chill, except she’s also making you do lunges. Progress over perfection, always. And yes, I’ll try it on myself before I ever ask you to do it. I’m a faith-based business owner who takes an evidence-based approach to coaching — science and spirituality aren’t mutually exclusive. Over 120 clients trained in my three years as a trainer, and I bring that experience to every single session.

Honesty, integrity, discipline, and empathy aren’t just words on a wall — they’re how I run my business and treat every client who walks through the door. I believe in equity, fairness, and meeting people where they are. I bring passion, enthusiasm, and accountability to every session because if I’m not excited about your progress, who will be?

I’m a 15-year corporate veteran who works full-time in addition to coaching — yes, both. I’m mom to my five-year-old Gozi, partner to Ashlei, and we reside in the Baltimore metro area. My faith raised me and it runs this business too. When I’m not coaching, I’m knee-deep in studying something or reading a peer reviewed journal, talking to my plants, losing hours to cell phone games, or adding things to a cart I don’t need.

I built Bar Raiser Fitness for the women out here doing everything for everybody and still trying to show up for themselves — because I am that woman.
